Tell me about yourself.
There were really no difficult questions. As I stated just make sure to answer all parts. Name a time when, what did you do, what was the outcome. Other than that you must be available nights weekends and holidays. You will work all of these and every holiday.
What's an example of a time you had to overcome a difficult situation and how did you do it?
Describe a time you made a decision that did not get the result you wanted
Give an example of a negative customer experience and how you handled it.
Name a time when you had to deal with a difficult customer and how did you solve it? What is your favorite brand in terms of customer service and why?
