Nothing overtly “tricky,” just the typical “tell me about a time you dealt with an unhappy customer and how did you handle the situation?” type of behavioral questions. “How do you prioritize your workload and stay focused/organized with all the tasks you need to complete?” “Have you ever gone above and beyond your normal job duties to help a customer with a problem?” etc. Overall most of my interviews felt more like friendly, informal conversations with a lot of good back and forth, and everyone I interviewed with was really nice and left a good impression - which is why I ultimately accepted the offer.
