It was a thoughtful way to gauge my adaptability to Sprinto’s flexible environment. Another great question from the interview was: “What motivates you to go above and beyond in a client-facing role?” This allowed me to demonstrate my commitment to customer success and my proactive approach to solving client challenges. Both questions emphasized the company’s focus on remote work effectiveness and passion for exceptional service—core values that made the interview process truly insightful.
