Please prepare a short presentation around the 3 questions below. We are not testing your ppt skills rather your ability to approach the problems we outline! 1. Below is a timeline that shows a breakdown of the current 5-month average total time taken for book production. Our management team has asked us how we could deliver a book in 4 months rather than 5 to help us achieve our company efficiency goal. What steps might you take to achieve this? What initial suggestions would you make? 2. Below is an outline of one of our books. The interview itself -- which did not include either of the two above people -- was quite nice. The interviewer laid out her interview approach and outlined what we'd discuss and in what order. The only two questions I recall were something akin to, "How do you approach a writer when you see errors in their work?," and there was another about learning/using editorial style guides.
