Questions ranged from project management to leadership to change management to staff management including consultants. All of these experiences was something I had earned over many years. Their job description was very vague and required only program/ project management, experience with vendors and consultants and change management.
No quantitative questions were asked for this position, but fundamental questions about past experiences.
