The job was remote. He started off asking if I was trust worthy enough and general personal questions. He asked me technical questions like how would I configure BGP on a Cisco router, how would I set up a static route, whats OSPF and EIGRP, what are the benefits of using OSPF over RIP. Questions about customers were typical like, how would you deal with a difficult customer, if a customer has a technical problem whats your method of troubleshooting.

There were basic and not so basic networking questions but the harder ones were the scenario based questions or " tell me a time when.. and how you dealt with it " kinda questions that got really detailed.
