Most STAR questions. Hiring manager asked me to provide an example of innovation work whereas I mentioned that I've 3 patents which tells me that the questions prepared are generic. Better question would have been asking me to explain what those patents for!
I was asked to explain my background, why I think I would be a good fit, and provide a specific example of how my experience in data management is related to the position.
