My phone interview with HR was a quick screening type of conversational interview. Standard open-ended questions running form how would I handle a staff, to what would I do to increase sales.
Where do you yourself with the company
Questions revolved around 1 programme, as if preoccupation by interviewers; which made the job description misleading because that wasn't noted the role description.

Why do you want a full time position and not part time?
