In any case, it is hard to avoid sounding like sour grapes but I do find it puzzling to not even be offered a phone interview with someone from the particular area. In my opinion, it reflects poorly on COF that they would rely on an algorithm rather than doing the hard work of getting to know applicants. I suppose their method of hiring is a valid as any other but the experience definitely left a bad taste in my mouth.
They ask basic job fit questions and behavioral questions. The behavioral samples they email you will not be the same as any of the ones you get asked so I wouldn't spend too much time going over them.
