Hobbies, work ethic, open-ended questions, made me talk... Asked whether I cared about being asked some more personal questions, needed to know whether I had any facial piercings.. Which is fine as I don’t - but he was polite about it...? I understand now after meeting everyone at training why I was asked the questions I was, as everyone I met at training seemed to be sociable and likeable.. So they need a high standard of candidate, someone who is not going to ‘shy away’ from customers, but will be engaging and helpful. Also appearance is a key area too, as no one looked like they were at Art School, more like they were going in to the City eventually. But lovely people anyway..
