Why do you want this job?
One question that initially looked like it could turn me away was if I was not committed to the job to just let Prescott Benson know now. But posting for up to $20/hr and not sharing qualifications and with a part-time hours posting only offering $20/hr on an unposted 5 days a week offer made it truly difficult to see emotions not being the reason for offering $20/hr but then throwing away the opportunity for commitment, which yes comes at a risk, but I agreed to a review period at less of a rate until then and requested it be noted in my application paperwork for my sake. This is where based on my overall review things went terribly. I asked for criteria for my review period to work towards and prove value and commitment and instead of rescheduling our signing, I was berated, insulted, and threatened.
How do you measure success?
I don't remember one. They were all pretty fair.
