Business Outlook
Pros
The people there treat each other well and the dynamics within the project teams tend to be great too. Super woke and diverse company culture.
Cons
Everyone is constantly overworked. I would like to say that the turnover rate is also high, but the matter of fact is that when people leave, they hardly get replaced. Instead, the workload is redistributed amongst the existing staff. The company is very innovative and coming up with new customer and consumer products. However, there are 2 issues with that: 1) even more work for everyone who's already so stretched; 2) problems with existing products that customers are not happy with do not get fixed or are pushed to the back burner in favour of the more sexy jazzy new products.
