      Pros

      High autonomy level, very bold and committed people (overall), there's stimulation towards innovation, the ride-hailing segment is huge and truly impacts cities mobility. Company culture is awesome.

      Cons

      Very hard to get simple data (there's currently a plan in place to improve), the tech data is in China, which makes it sometimes difficult to prioritize projects that are important in the BR local market. High-management sometimes fails in disseminate the rationale behind the big goals of the company.

      A lot of cool people; Salaries; International envrionment; Bonus.

      Cons

      Managers from different countries, mess with timezone, and lack of offline processes to deal with that. Different ideas of culture and vision for the company; Lack of processes for the tech team, no ones follow any method, product managers don't define tasks, requirements are only spoken most of the time; The operation team has free access to most of the developers causing more noising than the necessary; Peer reviews are a nightmare and stressful, it creates a lot of tension among colleagues.
