Pros

Reasonable salary, very experienced and talented colleagues, good benefits package that has been recently reviewed and improved. Industry leading technology.

Cons

Salaries for existing staff don't keep pace with industry, new staff get better offers. Talented engineers are bogged down by poor admin systems. Inconsistent on quality, profit first, quality later. Poorly planned change projects are pushed by upper management that don't understand (or want to) the work at ground level. Lack of technical expertise in sales means customers aren't always sold the best solution. Experts are ignored or aren't consulted. Very much a 'managers know best' culture. As others have said, managers are untouchable.

Pros

New product ideas are ground breaking.

Cons

Leadership has no clear direction and very little communication between business units and functions. Even less cooperation. It’s not a unified company each division has there own kingdom and there is very little cooperation.
