      Nice employer with some improvement points

      Pros

      - Company is restructuring itself and there are a lot of opportunities; - Nice and helpful colleagues; - Skilled IT Team.

      Cons

      - Key-users and Process Owners don't consider the "Big picture" when asking for new requirements. This leads to a waste of effort and money; - Company is building a Global competence center but it appears that only a selected few are being called to work there. I applied to one of those positions and got not a single feedback (positive or negative); - Career progression is not clear.
