      The company is a large multi-national company. The access to the high-tech equipment is good. The company allows the self-development of all employees.

      Cons

      The information flow is a joke. It's almost impossible to source technical information about the product you work with across company locations.

      Good work life balance. Offers an excellent platform to contribute to the engineering industry. Oppurtunity provided to try other roles within the same company.

      Cons

      Possibly not a complete exposure to other work cultures. Timings may not exactly coincide with the far east making work lag at times.
