Pros

Benefits were okay, some of the people were great. Travel opportunities. Part of some cutting edge products.

Cons

There was alot of turnover. Constant change of management and focus. Management was very poor with little guidance, support and focus. Company structure is bad particularly with organization and leaders that are in place. This organization does not do a good job of recognizing and keeping talent. They feel everyone is replaceable. You will be just a number here.

Pros

Flexibility in being allowed to work from home. Pay rises and bonus paid this year.

Cons

Having the strange combination of being flooded with managers and the managers still not knowing what you do or the business. 5 levels of managers from the people who do the actual work to top of the division.

Pros

Freedom , multiple business units , no competition from peers. If you fall in a good team , you will surely like the job and opportunity .

Cons

No motivation from leadership , very poor learning from peers , highly worse talent management. Your chance of falling in a good team is very very less as is proportional to no of able leaders in the company.
