      1. MNC culture 2. Open communication and freedom to challenge, ask questions with top management 3. Good support services like Finance, IT and Travel help desk 4. Excellent Training 5. Work life balance

      1. As usual Local managers (Indian Mentality) spoil the company by biasing, favoritism 2. Salary not par with the industry 3. Process is not strictly followed 4. Retention of key people is not there, lost many critical resources

      1. Professional and Personal Life balance. 2. Have good assets 3. Freedom to work independently and in term. 4. Favoritism is not dominating factor in organization. 5. Easy to shift departments if found not ok as per your qualification. 6. Good allowance cap when travelling to metros for business trips 7. Gives Opportunity to work in Developed country. 8. Different countries employees working together for most of the project, help you to learn diversify cultures. 9. Good in ethics and have employee help centers.

      Cons

      1. Maturity level of management is still needs improvement. 2. Bad Salary structure and if you get hired with below average salary, difficult to increase salary in later stages. 3. Although they call one ABB in all the presentations and webinars but internal reality is something very different. They have different policies and structure for different countries and when you compare these structure, It is easy to find that ABB is not different from all other company. Creating Bias in single organization.
