      IT security team is excellent; department management is competent and supportive. It is a great place to get training and experience in the field. Long vacations, paid lunch, greate head office location.

      Cons

      Low salaries and bonuses for regular employees, very imbalanced with management salaries and compensations. Organizational structure is questionable.
