Pros
It's a large company with a lot of room to grow. There is lots to learn and a great place to pick up new skills. The people are generally great to work with and nice. If you want to learn at lot, come here.
Cons
Most don't have a positive outlook on their future. Ever since the new Director been hired, everyone is running the other way. There is a high turn over in news. The truth is working for news is demanding and in a 24x7 operation, you will always be on your toes.The people are overally nice, bu Job security is the number one insecurity.
