Business Outlook
Pros
Good steady work. Company trains employees in various departments and operator positions related to mill work. Good pay and benefits. Not micro managed...they however do expect professionalism and a dependable work ethic.
Cons
Hot and dusty mill work not good if you have any respiratory issues. Can't be afraid of heights. Rotating shifts.
