      Really the only positive thing is receiving a free membership

      Cons

      No 401k benefits. Insurance benefits don't cover much and are pricey. Work weekends. No staff or order. Management is intimidating and unhelpful. Almost impossible to take a vacation. Was promised a pay raise after 120 days and was told to wait 6 months instead.

      free membership, love my clients and the nice gym

      Cons

      pay is low, benefits suck, no support/structure/standards for PT but takes half of your sales, company doesnt care about your well being or show appreciation for the long hours put in
