Pay could be much better. Pay could be much better

Staff turnover is through the roof in pretty much every department. Part-time hourly positions aren't too bad, depending on your direct supervisor. Upper management will throw you under the bus; did not even happen to me, but I witnessed it more than once. The membership director position in particular is sales driven and AFF insists on using an outdated system involving cold calling. Their contract system is not member-friendly and your commission from signing someone to a contract will be deducted from a later check if a member stops paying over the first few months.
