      Pros

      Energized, young, and health-oriented environment. Friendly and social atmosphere. Opportunities work across departments. Free access to gym facility. Some schedule flexibility. Permissive background check policy.

      Cons

      Very few raises. No overtime permitted. Uniform and name-tag required. Limited opportunities for advancement. Billing problems are very common sources of customer complaint and conflict. Membership directors are often forced to choose between working with new clients and maintaining current client relationships.

      No thinking, standing in one place, and nice people (most of the time) use the facility.

      Cons

      Middle management. They micromanage the breath out of you, disregard their own polices and lack the maturity required to have adult conversations.
