      Pros

      No thinking, standing in one place, and nice people (most of the time) use the facility.

      Cons

      Middle management. They micromanage the breath out of you, disregard their own polices and lack the maturity required to have adult conversations.

      Some of the people can be really nice, not much pros about this job.

      Some bad management practices and lack of decent training, plus the manager who hired me told me I'd get paid more than I was actually paid

      Pros

      The atmosphere was amazing; the administration treated me with great respect, and made my experience there enjoyable. I couldn't wait to go to work; I'm sad that I had to leave this amazing job opportunity.

      Cons

      The only complaint I have is that it could become a little boring in the pool area; however I can't complain too much because the hourly wage was almost too good to be true.
