      Flexible hours, free gym membership, great coworkers

      Cons

      Company doesn't pay well, nor do they offer any kind of annual pay increase. Additionally, if you are full-time, you have to make up hours, even if the gym is closed due to a holiday or inclement weather, to ensure you don't go under 35 hours a week, or you have to use your vacation time. I have never worked for a company that operates that way. They really don't have a Human Resources department. The owner doesn't care about his employees, only about making money.

      Great atmosphere. Free membership and guest passes.

      Cons

      Poor management at most locations (general managers). They don't believe in compensating for performance, it only matters who has been there the longest.
