Business Outlook
Pros
The environment is extremely international (above all in Switzerland) which made the experience even more interesting. Moreover I learned a lot of and they consider quite important continuous training (either Alstom or external) which I consider a very positive aspect.
Cons
Some cons: bureocracy (too many procedures) and salary is not the best compared to the market, Moreover there is lot of work to do but as soon as you get to knwo with the company, procedures and tools it is not that dramatic.
