      Lack of any innovation, work is interrupted by constant re-organizations, poor management, no road plan.

      Good work to life balance. Not a lot of stress.

      Cons

      Working without much supervision. Poor organisation, management and hierarchy. Process overkill for software development. Constant re-organizations, needless shifting of resources. People are hired without a proper evaluations of their skill, therefore incompetence is prevalent. People are assigned to tasks they cannot properly perform, because of lack of tech skills. People are treated like interchangeable pawns. Very high leaving rate. Too many external consultants (greater then 50%)

      Strongly incompetent management Good technicians don't grow or promote A lot of engineers working as politicians, and this is the management The company doesn't take care about you at all If you are not french you are not important
