Pros

It was a good place to work until the lay off

Cons

Tech team not organized, there are 100 priorities and the company keeps changing focus. That's why it does not achieve results

Pros

- Amaro heads are open to speak with their collaborators about any issue. - The first week in the company is nice and offers to new collaborators the possibility to know all the departments and leaders. - The company likes to do a lot of integration activities, with the collaborators, and has a strong concern about this issue. - The company is growing pretty fast.

Cons

- Even the company has a lot of events to integrate its collaborators, some people doesn't like to mixed with other people, besides there is a lot of gossips between the collaborators, that doesn't help to improve the environment. - The company is immature when different areas are collaborating in a project, there is not standars, or guidelines to follow. - The lack of specialists in some specific areas helps to overload others collaborators. - The CEO likes to participate of all projects directly, this generates unnecessary stress and doesn't help to solved the backlog. - There is not recognition for old collaborators and there is not a career plan implemented already.
