For next quarter, we plan to offer a flex benefits option that each employee will have the opportunity to choose how to invest points to get vary of benefits based to their specific needs.

      Pros

      Work with talented people in a team that cares with your professional growth. It is a very organized and innovative company. Working on a motivated team that wants to innovate is very cool. Another advantage to work here is that benefits does not discount on your salary.

      Cons

      The meal on the dinning hall could be better and if you opt out of the meal plan, the amount given on meal allowance is not compatible with the restaurants around the workplace.
