      Pros

      Very flat company, everyone is always very accessible, including the CEO who knows everyone by name. Values transparency and innovation, uses technology as the basis of business and also to automate and facilitate internal processes. The company's environment is very good, people are very friendly and competent. Very good infrastructure (WeWork office), everyone has at least two screens to increase productivity and the company is in a great location (Paulista).

      Cons

      AMARO is relatively new so it still has some processes that need to be better structured to find what works best for the company.

      - Awesome enviroment - the new office is very nice and confortable - High tech company - "English first" culture - Young and nice people with an open mindset

      Cons

      - We dont have much work-life balance - We can´t use microwave at the company - Benefits are not that good
