Pros
There are literally no benefits here other than they will hire anyone.
Cons
They pay very low. They have rarely have licensed staff. If you are trying to get hours towards your full license look elsewhere because you won't get it here. There policies are set up so that you will get reported to the board. You will be guaranteed to be working overtime every week. They will fire you on a whim with no rational.
