Business Outlook
Pros
I’ve been here for a couple years and after awhile you become family with your teammates. Communication is closed loop typically and I find it a very comfortable environment
Cons
While we try to keep our core staffing covered, often there is a revolving door. Either transferring to another facility, new career, burn out, work/life balance. This is in most healthcare though. We have a smaller ED with 21 rooms but our volumes have only been growing, and with that often acuity.
