Pros

Pay was fair and working hours were standard 37.5. Large open plan office with small kitchen area.

Cons

The culture wasnt very pleasant. Those I worked with were very unhappy in their roles and all left in the year after I did.

Pros

Flexible Hours there seems to be a nice culture among young men here. There are not many pros about this place

Cons

Everything else. Run from this place. It is literally a trap in ever sense of the word. They trap you with fees left and right.

Pros

There are many good people at AXA IM. There is a good Work/Life balance, you get plenty of holiday and the hours are reasonable.

Cons

The compensation isn't the best. The management is also poor, there is too much bureaucracy and it's almost impossible to get support for new ideas. There is also no concept of career development and many good people leave because of this.
