      The company has a lot of people who are supportive of every individual. Everyone in the office is dedicated to doing well.

      Most people put their business first before the new comers. Often you feel left out or obviously junior.

      Pros

      Working on a big organization and that's pretty much the only benefit this company has brought to me.

      Cons

      Team Leads totally lack of common sense, they wont listen nor care about best practices or good ideas or whatever you prefer to do, they just need to charge their clients for anything at the end of the month so they expect you to act as a robot.
