Pros

Good culture, people worked hard but didn't stay in late very often. I liked the personalities of the people there.

Cons

Like many insurance companies, it is fairly conservative in the way it is run. In AXA's defense, I think they are more forward thinking than other insurance companies, possibly because of its French culture

Pros

If you know lots of wealth people who don't know how to invest their monies, then you are a shoe in.

Cons

You can take a bus to their downtown office, which is usually empty unless in the hiring faze. High turn over cause AXA ain't that great. Clouds of promises, catch them if you can.

Still a lot of business to come so it is basically expanding , It is an organisation which could b a dream job specially when you join AM and above

Cons
