Pros

managers take your ideas seriously, it might take time but you will see the changes. 1.5hr lunch. not a big deal if you are late for work in the morning.

Cons

lag behind system, long working hour, low salary, things are usually done in the most obvious way. exhausting man power to compensate system loopholes. At best you have hard workers surrounding, no achievers or competitive ones at junior working level. Managers are great though.

relaxed environment, nice ciolleagues, good sallary, independence in projects, fair budgets, flexible office hours, reasonable reporting activities, some travel to Paris, at company headquarters

Cons

the company is selling its operations in Romania, so they don't hire anymore, and current staff is in danger of losing jobs
