      Poor & flippant strategy, progressive working culture

      - Teams get good freedom to work independently - Politics is not very high in the mid & mid-senior levels

      Cons

      - Top management not very strong; high proportion of employees designated from AXA Business Services (a captive BPO of AXA) - Teams work in silos; rarely do teams work towards a common strategy - IT systems are very shoddy when compared to industry peers

      Interview was good, intermediate level for SSE. There was a telephonic round followed by face to face and one HR round for negotiations

      Cons

      The company is very strict when it comes to appraisal. They give less than 10% hike no matter how much you put your effort
