      Some good benefits, ok pay, profit share option.

      Cons

      VERY Corporate culture, high demands/expectations, benefits are constantly being reduced to benefit the company. Very performative culture, they say they do good for the staff but not really. Career opportunities are none existent. WFH rights are being reduced regularly.
