AXA Global Healthcare Toxic culture rising

Pros

Lots of talented and helpful people trying their best. Benefits are good.

Cons

They have hired lots of new senior management who are toxic and rude. They do not value people like they used to and do not do anything to foster and retain talent. They are riding on the talent that has been there a while or are not at a senior level. Pay is lower than market rate. If you get a job, your salary will not increase much once you’re in. The meeting culture is out of hand. In lots of roles you will be lucky to get a 15 minute break.

Pros

Work from home policy - 3 days office 2 days at home

Cons

1. Office politics and culture is very toxic 2. The managers here are very harsh and mean, they are not supportive of their subordinates 3. Work hard but all we can get is disapproval and criticism, no appreciation
