      AXA has forged a reputation of being consistent in the commercial market balancing strong growth whilst focusing on profit & strong underwriting disciplines meaning not only a strong financial delivery but a very consistent message, approach that has created great reliability & trust with our partners in the market & end clients avoiding the cycle of creating broker & customer disappointment. The above coupled with a firm belief that this (even post covid) is still a market & industry built on strong levels of face to face broker and client engagement whilst also embracing virtual technology to maximise interactions.

      Cons

      AXA has over the years been a little behind the curve on process, documentation, systems and innovation however this is currently and continues to go through massive transformation and investment across the UK and our transformation programme is starting to provide improved confidence, processes and efficiencies to enable us to have a much better infrastructure to deliver for its employees, partners & customers.
