      Will develop you but salary does notkeep up with progression of skills. Good if your thinking of staying between 3 to 7 years. Thereafter move on.

      Pros

      AXA genuinely cares about its people. When people say they stay in a job because of the people, nothing could be more true about AXA, this company has some amazing people in it. There is an authentic culture where I have always felt comfortable to be open and honest and never felt like I had to be anything other than my self.

      Cons

      It is a global corporate company so with that comes a complex architecture but probably no different to other large organisations.
