Pros

Nice colleagues to engage with

Cons

Customers over the lines are demanding and abusive. There are too many customers for the amount of handlers on the lines which means we bear the brunt for the queue times. The queue times are over 2hrs. It can take a toll on you There isn’t that much flexibility with admin work because they don’t have enough handlers on the phones

Pros

Targets are easy to achieve, flexi-time allowed. Working at AXA, a reputable company is a big benefit on your CV. Extensive training is provided before going on the phones.

Cons

Little room for progression, I had people in my team who had worked for AXA for 15 years at the same position. Micromanagement. Systems are shambles and it is always at the bottom of the priority list to fix them. Salary is ok but not great.
