Pros

Good depends on your experiences. At time good and at Times bad. All unto the circumstances and project you are in. It all up to how we perceive and not and abstract definition

Cons

It all up to how we perceive and not and abstract definition. Try to not generalist and be open. Have fun

Pros

Great place to network and gain valuable working experience. A lot of the software development tools and methodology is industry standard.

Cons

Work/life balance is terrible. Most projects require you to work like a slave. Low pay is terrible. Depending on the project, some managers get away with unprofessional behavior because how valuable they are to the project. From my experience, AFS seems to be a revolving door.
