Pros

Has quota for women and promotions for women, pay is good if you join as experienced hire

Cons

unspoken culture of "office first, family later", work becomes stagnant since most project are support based, working on challenging assignments is a matter of luck not merit, senior managers will gaslight employees, expect to be treated like a machine not a human, you could lose your job anytime, very little opportunity to grow, managers don't adhere to policies, expect retaliation if asking for roll off, expect salary cuts, future decided by managers mood not merit, not business impacts

Pros

Huge global company, which means if you have a question or need an expert for anything in your project, there surely is someone who knows and can help. You get the chance to work on important projects for big global companies.

Cons

People used to be more collaborative, nowadays the company does not have the same culture of sharing, probably because of so many new people from different cultures (digital, mkt agencies, etc)
