Pros

Good name recognition, diverse culture. You get good access to some of the greatest companies in the world. The Accenture brand has become very recognizable in the consulting industry so it will help your resume. The people who work at Accenture come from all over the world so you get to see things from many different perspectives.

Cons

Company is too large and filled with red tape. Hard to navigate the hierarchy. Trying to implement any changes requires level after level of approval. The average salary is lower than the industry average because of their name. The hours can be very long, making it hard to have a balanced life.

Pros

The amount of paid time off. I had 5 weeks coming out of college. If I was sick, I could work from home and save all of that time for vacation. I gained great experience which I cashed in on with my current job.

Cons

Unfortunately they hardly paid me enough to take any vacation. The opportunities to move up within the company were limited so this encouraged alot of turn over at the lower levels.
