Pros

It's a great place to work with very skilled persons where you certainly will learn a lot and will make contact with several Level-C executives.

Cons

Sometimes it's very difficult to keep a good work/life balance due to heavy work demands, both from clients and management.

Pros

The best reasons are for the Experience, Network, and Professional Development opportunities.

Cons

Travel can impact one's ability to balance life at home with family and friends. Compensation, while moving towards more competitive, still can lack behind similar industry work.

Pros

Good things include career opportunities, great people to work with, ability to learn new skills, enough responsibility. New employees can meet a lot of people with different skills so that they can try to figure out what they want to do themselves. It is a good transition from college to the workplace.

Cons

Some managers and senior managers are very difficult to work with, feels like you can get lost in the shuffle. Often times, a person can get stuck doing one particular thing - which is good if you want expertise but bad if you want to try something new.
