      Reactive corporate governance - follows trends more than creating a vision of the future, little to no visibility into sales pipelines puts benched employees at disadvantage for finding work, relies too heavily on templates and how things were done in the past, too many cooks when it come to managing accounts - top heavy with MD's eating up budget when clients would rather just work with consultants doing the work, the ability to parrot jargon goes further than skill, hard to navigate internal systems, AI everywhere with no real strategy
