Opportunities for exposure but long hours and bullying

Opportunities for industry exposure, plenty of properties to choose form to work in around the world

Cons

Long hours, low pay. No opportunities for promotion unless willing to move to other properties regularly. Lots of bullying and cattiness that continues to go unaddressed
