Good company culture, great benefits if you like to travel (the membership programme is really good). Good progression and development prospects.

Cons

Depending on what is your line of work, hours can be difficult to manage.

A large, diverse organisation, great brands, with an ambition to be an industry leader.

Cons

Accor has great ideas, but what's executed on the hotel level and the local work culture needs a lot of improvement. Systems and tech are very limited.
